The book was published to accompany the eponymous exhibition hosted by the Nouveau Musée National de Monaco and the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation, organized by Galerie Gmurzynska in collaboration with the Successió Miró and the Fundación MAPFRE with Isabelle Bscher as guest curator.
